AtreoNova: Condomínio

AtreoNova brings your building's day to day into one app: the manager's alerts, the packages that land at the front desk, visitors, common-area bookings and the gym. Built for managers, doormen and residents. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Alerts: official building announcements, delivered by email and push, with per-category preferences so you only get what matters to you. - Packages: the doorman logs an arrival in seconds and the resident is notified right away. No more notebook at the front desk and no more asking whether the package arrived. - Pickup: handover is confirmed with a QR code and a photo, so there is a record of who collected what, and when. - Visitors: residents register a visit in advance and the front desk knows who to expect. - Common areas: book the party room, the barbecue area and other spaces, under whatever rules and limits the manager sets. - Gym: book a slot, with capacity limits enforced. - My inventory: a record of the items you keep in the building's shared spaces (bike room, storage), with a per-unit limit. - My invitations: an existing resident invites a neighbour, without the administrator having to register every new account by hand. FOR EACH ROLE Resident: follow alerts and packages, register visits and book the building's spaces. Doorman: log package arrivals and pickups, and receive the day's visitors. Manager: publish alerts, manage residents and units, set the booking rules and see what happened in the building. INVITE ONLY AtreoNova is one building's private portal, not an open network. Access comes from your building: you sign in with an account created from an invitation, or with the login your building already uses. Without a building running AtreoNova, the app has nothing to show you. Available in Portuguese and English. Questions: [email protected]
