NetConnect Asset Tracker App is de RFID-beheerapp voor kledij en uitrusting van NetConnect-operatoren op Android. Houd de scanknop ingedrukt om een tag te lezen. De app zoekt de tag op en toont de toegewezen persoon, de post, de graad, het type en de maat. Tags die nog niet in het systeem staan, registreer je in hetzelfde scherm: eigenaar, post, graad, type, geslacht, maat, lengte en het aantal wasbeurten. Nieuwe uitrusting start op 0 cycli. Het maximum is 50, daarna is vervanging nodig. Geregistreerde stukken houden hun status in de app. Operatoren starten een interne of externe was, ronden wassen en drogen af, melden schade, sturen een stuk naar herstelling of kwaliteitscontrole, en nemen het uit dienst aan het einde van de levensduur. Elke stap komt in de historiek, inclusief het cyclusnummer na een wasbeurt. Aanmelden gebeurt via NetConnect SSO. De sessie hoort bij de organisatie van de operator. Catalogus, assets en historiek op het scherm zijn alleen die van die organisatie. Op Zebra-toestellen praat de scanknop met DataWedge. De ingedrukte scanknop is de radiotrigger; op een telefoon of emulator zonder DataWedge-profiel doet die knop niets.
