GVISION Support est le portail d’assistance réservé aux clients de GVISION. L’application permet de créer et suivre des demandes de support, consulter ses tickets, échanger avec l’équipe d’assistance et recevoir des notifications concernant ses demandes. Selon les besoins, l’utilisateur peut également démarrer une assistance à distance, partager son écran, utiliser sa caméra pour montrer un équipement, planifier un rendez-vous ou transmettre une demande de matériel et de services.
