Beloplan Live

Beloplan is the mobile companion to the Beloplan construction ERP. One app for the whole company: the crew on site and the office behind them, each seeing only their own work. ON SITE • Clock in and out in one tap, on the right project. • Work through today's task list, and finish a task with the photo that proves it. • Report a problem where you find it, with pictures. • Record the materials you used — scan the barcode or pick from the catalogue. • Request leave, and see what was approved. • Read the site's documents and its journal. IN THE OFFICE • One approvals inbox: timesheets, absences, expense claims and material requests. • Quotes and invoices — draft one, adjust it, issue it, and correct it with a proper credit note. • Leads and opportunities, customers and suppliers, the price library. • Purchase orders, goods receipts, stocktakes and stock transfers. • Planning, projects, the team, the vehicles, and the reports. BUILT FOR THE WAY A SITE ACTUALLY WORKS • Four languages — Dutch, French, English and Romanian. Switch in the app; nothing restarts. • Large targets and high contrast, for a phone used with gloves on, in the sun. • A worker's phone never shows a price, a cost or a margin. That is built into the app, not a setting somebody can flip by accident. • On Android, the financial screens are protected against screenshots and screen recording. On iPhone we block recording and mirroring, which is as far as the platform allows. WHAT IT DELIBERATELY DOES NOT DO • No location tracking. The app never asks where you are, and cannot find out. • It needs a connection to record work. With no signal it says so, and saves nothing behind your back. Beloplan is for companies that already use Beloplan. Sign in with your company account — there is nothing to set up. Dutch, French and Romanian versions of all three fields are in the same file if Play offers you those locales — add them as separate listing languages, with English as the default.
