Fastigheter.ax

Fastigheter.ax brings together everything the real estate agents in Åland have for sale, in one place: apartments, houses, vacation homes, lots, commercial properties and new construction. Listings are gathered continuously from the agents' own websites, so you don't have to search in several places. • Browse the list or see the properties on the map • Search by village, district, island, road or municipality, or choose areas right on the map • Filter by category, price and more • Save your favorites and share properties with others • Get notifications about new properties, price changes and properties back on the market, and choose which ones you want Saved searches Save a search and find out right away when a new property comes up, when the price drops or when a property is back on the market. You choose whether you get push notifications, email or both. You can have up to ten saved searches, for example one for your village and one for vacation homes in the archipelago. Property report Want to know more about a property? Buy a property report. It shows, among other things: • How long the property has been for sale, and whether it has been taken off the market and come back • Price history with every price change • Earlier sales of the property with their sold prices (not for apartments) • How popular the property is: how many people have viewed, saved and shared it • A comparison with similar properties: time on the market and price per m² • Similar sold properties several years back Boost a property Boost a property so it shows higher up in the list for one or more days.
