If a key hasn't come back, you'll know within minutes, not hours. Contact the key holder directly from the app. NOTHING FOR STAFF TO DO The app works quietly in the background. Staff don't scan, sign in, or remember anything. Custody is captured automatically the moment a key moves — so your records are always accurate, not just when people remember to fill them in. A FULL AUDIT TRAIL, AUTOMATICALLY Every custody event is logged with a confirmed identity, timestamp, and location. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Location is only captured when a registered key tag is physically nearby. Nothing is sent unless a key custody event occurs.
