SightReporter

Turn a site walk-through into a finished, client-ready report — before you leave the driveway. SightReporter is built for people who inspect things for a living: pest and building inspectors, tradies, property and strata managers, insurance and make-good assessors. If you currently shoot photos in your phone's camera and then rebuild a report from memory at night, this replaces that entire evening. THE CAPTURE LOOP — under 6 seconds a photo, no typing Take a photo and the note screen opens with voice dictation already listening. Speak the finding, tap “Save ▸ next”, and you're back in the viewfinder. No keyboard, no desk, no fiddling. • Dictation starts automatically — one hand, dirty gloves, on a ladder: no problem. • “Use previous photo's note” copies the last caption in one tap, for runs of similar findings. • Rate each photo OK / Monitor / Defect / Urgent with a colour-coded chip. A REAL CAMERA, BUILT FOR THE FIELD Most report apps ship a toy camera. This one holds its own against your stock camera — and it's tuned for subfloors, roof cavities and meter boxes in harsh light. • Continuous torch (separate from flash) so you can actually see to aim in the dark. • HDR for shadow-against-bright-sky shots, plus Night mode and exposure control. • Ultra-wide for whole-wall shots from a tight hallway. • Volume-key shutter, tap-to-focus, pinch zoom, grid and level — big, glove-friendly buttons. REPORTS THAT LOOK LIKE YOUR BUSINESS • Professional PDF and editable Word (.docx) from the same job. • Cover page, contents, per-area sections and a findings summary. • Your logo, business name, ABN and licence on every page — never ours. • GPS coordinates and timestamps stamped per photo. • Emailable: a 40-photo report stays under 10 MB. WORKS WHERE THE WORK HAPPENS • Fully offline. Capture, notes and PDF/Word export all work in airplane mode. • Optional Google Drive sync uploads finished reports automatically when signal returns. • Automatic local backup protects your job history. • Nothing is lost if you're interrupted — every report is resumable.
