Pinga Me turns equipment alarms into an organised response. Connect your existing equipment, monitoring systems and services to Pinga using email, SMS or secure webhooks. Pinga uses AI to interpret incoming alarm messages using plain-English instructions, then follows the response plan configured by your organisation. SMARTER ALARM RESPONSE When something needs attention, Pinga can contact the right people in the right order using SMS and phone calls. Each escalation step can have its own contact method and wait time. A team member can acknowledge an alarm to take responsibility, stopping unnecessary escalation and helping prevent duplicated call-outs. AI-ASSISTED ALARM INTERPRETATION Tell Pinga what your monitor should look for using everyday language. Pinga can interpret incoming messages and identify conditions such as equipment faults, temperature limits, connectivity issues and failed processes. CLEAR RESPONSIBILITY See who accepted an alarm, when they accepted it, which notifications were sent and when recovery was reported. Alarm and response activity is recorded so your organisation has a clear history of what happened and how it was handled. WORKING ALONE Pinga helps organisations support staff working alone, remotely or after hours. A worker can start a Working Alone session from the Pinga app. While the session is active, Pinga can use the worker's GPS location and request scheduled welfare check-ins. If the worker does not respond within the configured time, Pinga can automatically notify and escalate to nominated contacts. Authorised team members can view the worker's most recently reported location and relevant journey information to provide additional context when responding to a missed welfare check. WORKS WITH YOUR EXISTING EQUIPMENT Pinga can receive alarm information using: • Email • SMS • Secure HTTP webhooks Each monitor can have its own email address or webhook endpoint, allowing Pinga to work alongside many existing alarm and monitoring systems. IMPORTANT Pinga is a supplementary notification and monitoring tool and is not an emergency dispatch service. Organisations should maintain appropriate independent alarms, safety procedures and emergency response processes. AI interpretation, mobile networks, GPS services and notification delivery are not guaranteed to be available at all times.
