ORDRX KDS

ORDRX KDS turns an Android tablet into a kitchen display for cafes, restaurants and food trucks that use ORDRX and Square. Paid orders show up on the board as soon as they're placed. Orders come from your ORDRX kiosks, from customers ordering on their own phones, and from your Square POS. Each ticket shows the order number, dine-in table or takeaway, items, modifiers and notes. • Tickets go amber, then red, as they wait. Choose the minutes • Tap items off one at a time, or bump the whole ticket • Recall brings back a ticket that was bumped by mistake • Station routing: each screen shows only the menu sections it cooks • Expo view shows which stations have finished each order • "To cook" box totals every item still waiting on this screen • Par levels: set how many of an item you make and the box tells you what to cook next • Chime on new tickets, flashing overdue tickets • Adjustable text size, rows and columns for any screen size • Keeps working through Wi-Fi dropouts: the last-known tickets stay on screen and your taps sync when the connection comes back • Manage every screen from the ORDRX web dashboard, or from the screen itself The screen stays awake and runs in landscape, ready to mount on a wall or stand. ORDRX KDS is for venues and needs an ORDRX account on the Pro plan, or the Kitchen Display add-on. To get started, visit https://www.ordrx.com.au, connect your Square account, then open the Kitchen Displays page in your dashboard for the enrolment code that pairs this tablet.
