OrderGrid helps independent Australian restaurants ring orders, guide meal deals and keep the kitchen informed. Use the Android tablets or iPads your venue already owns, with no proprietary hardware and no hardware lock-in. Ring orders from a visual menu Find dishes in photo tiles and colour-coded categories. Choose three, four or five cards per row to suit your till. Each product has one tile, with its sizes in a quick picker. Guide every meal deal Walk staff through the basting, drinks, sides and other choices a deal needs. Answering one choice moves staff straight to the next. Each choice appears on its own line on the kitchen ticket. The order panel shows GST and keeps Pay close at hand. Take payment at the counter Take cash, and record card payments made on your own EFTPOS terminal. Refunds and voids need a manager's PIN. Keep the kitchen in view See tickets, allergy and note callouts, and an all-day tally on the kitchen screen. Each station can show only the categories it cooks. When the kitchen falls behind, the screen says how many tickets behind it is. A ticket bumped by mistake can be brought back. Read your menu with AI Upload a PDF or a photo of your menu, and our AI turns it into items, prices and categories for you to check. Manage the details Open the owner's back office in the app or on the web. Set up menu items and photos, check setup health and view reports. Download your sales, product, staff, payment and purchasing reports and your menu as files from the web back office. Adjust layout and preferences for each till. Hosted in Australia The platform is hosted in Australia, and our AI runs in Australian regions only. A few specialist providers, such as payments and messaging, work overseas, and our privacy policy names each one. One plan per venue $50 a week plus GST per venue ($55.00 charged), billed weekly. The first 3 months are free, and you do not need a card to start. This is an introductory price: we will tell you in writing at least 30 days before it changes, and you can cancel before it applies.
