COMPLIANCE CHECKER IS FOR AUTHORISED DELEGATES AND USERS ONLY. Check if employers are meeting their obligations under the construction industry’s portable long service leave scheme in Victoria. LeavePlus is the administrator and regulator of the construction industry’s portable long service leave scheme in Victoria. All businesses that engage workers to perform construction work in Victoria for more than 5 days in any calendar month must register under the scheme, submit quarterly returns and report service days on all eligible workers. The Compliance Checker allows authorised users to verify employer compliance. WHAT YOU CAN CHECK · Employer registration: Check if an employer is registered with LeavePlus. · Return and payment history: See if an employer has submitted quarterly returns and whether charges have been paid. · Worker records: View reported workers, including names, redacted registration numbers and service days reported. HOW TO SEARCH · Search employer by business name, ABN or LeavePlus registration number. · Save frequently searched employers to your favourites for faster access on site. WHEN TO USE IT · When a new employer comes on site. · At the end of each quarter after returns are due. · When a worker raises concerns about their service. · When you find other signs of non-compliance. IF SOMETHING LOOKS WRONG If a compliance check raises concerns, contact a LeavePlus Compliance Field Officer. HOW ACCESS WORKS The Compliance Checker is for trained and authorised delegates and users only. Your union or association will coordinate training and onboarding of the Compliance Checker with LeavePlus. Your searches are captured and reported, so the work you do on the ground is accountable. PRIVACY Training and authorisation are prerequisites for access and use. Information accessed through the Compliance Checker must only be used for compliance verification purposes.
