A suitable professional considers your request and proposes the work, price and timing. You review the proposal and choose whether to accept and confirm the booking. An assessment visit has its own agreed scope and any fee; it does not authorise repairs. FOR TRADES AND SERVICE PROFESSIONALS Set up your professional profile, choose your services and coverage, and manage your availability. Review requests that suit your business and propose the work, price and timing. Professionals need approval for each service before taking jobs. Signup does not itself approve a professional or guarantee work. STAY IN THE LOOP Keep the request, discussion and agreed work in KNOQ. Follow the booked professional's travel progress and estimated arrival where available. Check the work, confirm completion and leave a review linked to your KNOQ job. NO KNOQ FEES AT THIS STAGE KNOQ charges neither customers nor professionals KNOQ fees during the initial trial. Customers pay trades and professionals directly for the agreed work. Professionals handle their own invoices, receipts and collection. KNOQ does not process or hold those payments. PRIVACY THROUGH THE JOURNEY Before a booking is confirmed, the job location is approximate. The exact address is shared with the booked professional after confirmation. Live-trip location sharing runs while the professional is travelling and stops at arrival. STARTING LOCAL Bookings depend on suitable local availability and professional approval for the service. Independent professionals set their prices and remain responsible for their credentials, insurance and workmanship. KNOQ is not an emergency service.
