HeliosOps is the field app for businesses that run their workforce on the HeliosOps platform. If your employer uses HeliosOps, this app is your working day in your pocket. YOUR ROSTER See your upcoming shifts for the next two weeks, with the client, the address and the times. Accept or decline a shift when your employer asks you to. Tap an address to open it in your maps app. CLOCK ON AND OFF Start your shift, clock on to a job, take breaks and clock off, all from your phone. Location is read only at the moment you clock on or off, as proof of attendance, and never in the background. THE JOB IN FRONT OF YOU Every job card shows what you are there to do, the gear it needs, and the client's contact details. Add notes, take before and after photos, and record expenses with a photo of the receipt. MESSAGES FROM THE OFFICE Direct and group chat with admin and other staff. Broadcasts from the office arrive on your dashboard, and you confirm you've read them. COMPANY DOCUMENTS Policies, procedures and job documents, shared to your phone by your employer. Read and acknowledge the ones that need it. REPORT AN INCIDENT Injury, near miss, hazard, damage or a complaint. Report it while it is fresh, with photos, from the job card or your profile. The office is told straight away and you can follow what happens next. LEAVE AND TIME SHEETS Request leave, see your balances, withdraw a request if plans change, and check your time sheets. ACCOUNTS There is no public sign-up. Your employer creates your account in HeliosOps and invites you. Ask your manager if you need access.
