Freia supports patients who are participating in clinic-managed care programs. The app helps patients follow clinician-provided plans and stay connected to their care program between appointments. Receive voice care calls from your clinic A core part of Freia is receiving real-time voice calls from your care team inside the app. When your clinic calls, your phone rings like a normal incoming call — including on the lock screen — and you answer or decline in real time. Calls happen only with your consent and within contact hours you choose, and each call is followed up by your care team. Features may include: - receiving scheduled voice care calls from your clinic, with a full-screen incoming-call experience to answer or decline - viewing clinician-authored treatment plans - viewing care tasks and progress over time - tracking sleep, activity, and exercise information - viewing nutrition-related support - completing weekly emotional wellbeing check-ins - viewing health results, graphs, and reference ranges - accessing a secure, clinic-managed care experience Freia is available only through participating clinics and is used as part of care overseen by qualified clinicians.
