Emprovia OnSite helps NDIS and disability support providers manage the people doing the work — and keep clear evidence of what was actually delivered. Instead of chasing your team asking "where's your timesheet?" or "did you get to that shift?", you see it in one place. WHAT YOUR WORKERS DO Support workers open the app, see their roster, and clock in and out at the start and end of a shift. Location is captured at clock-in to support the record of attendance. Workers can note what happened during a shift so nothing depends on memory later. WHAT MANAGERS SEE Managers get a live view of the day — who is rostered, who has arrived, what is completed, and what needs attention. Timesheets come through for review and approval, individually or in bulk. Incidents can be recorded as they happen. WHAT CLIENTS SEE Clients and their nominees can view their upcoming and past supports, confirm that a visit took place, and message the provider directly. Confirmation sits with the person receiving the support, which strengthens your records. TRAINING ACADEMY (web dashboard) On the Emprovia OnSite web dashboard at onsite.emprovia.com.au, providers can upload their own policies and workplace documents, turn them into training with lessons and quizzes, assign that training to specific staff, and see who has completed it. A nominated person can sign off. Training is managed from the web dashboard and is not part of this mobile app. WHO IT IS FOR Built for NDIS registered and unregistered providers, disability support services, SIL and SDA operators, in-home care teams, and any provider who needs to show what support was delivered, when, and by whom. COMMON QUESTIONS How do support workers clock in and out? They open the app, tap into their rostered shift, and clock in. Location is captured at that moment to support the attendance record. Clock-out works the same way at the end of the shift. Does it work if a worker forgets to clock in? Yes. A manager can approve the shift with an attested record showing the clock-in or clock-out was missing, so the gap is visible rather than hidden. Can clients confirm that a support happened? Yes. Clients or their nominee confirm the visit from their own view, and that confirmation is stored against the shift. Do you store pay rates? No. Emprovia OnSite records hours and times.
