This app has been developed by Deakin University's Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition to connect people with health professionals to receive remotely delivered exercise and lifestyle coaching . Use of the app requires a registered user account, which may be restricted to people taking part in research studies conducted by, or in partnership with Deakin University. Use of some functionality requires a compatible Polar hreat rate monitor. If you are a study participant please download the app and log in using the authentication details provided to you by the research team. If you are not a study participant but are interested in the app, please enquire via the contact details in this listing.
