CoHub

CoHub is the Australian marketplace for commercial space by the hour or the day. Need a desk for the afternoon, a studio for a shoot, a meeting room for a client, or a warehouse floor for a week? Browse real spaces near you, see what they actually cost, and book the time you need — nothing longer. BOOK SPACE IN THE APP • Desks, offices, studios, retail space, warehouses and meeting rooms • Search by postcode and filter by the kind of space you're after • Hourly or daily rates shown up front, with no membership and no lock-in • Instant Book on spaces that offer it, or send a request and the host confirms • Pay securely through Stripe — your card is only charged once a host accepts • See all your bookings, and cancel free up to 48 hours before you start MESSAGE YOUR HOST OR GUEST Sort out the details in the app — where to park, how to get in, what's included. Send messages and photos while your booking is active, see when they've been read, and get a notification when someone replies. REAL SPACES, CHECKED BEFORE THEY APPEAR Every listing is reviewed and approved before it goes live, so what you see is a genuine business with space it isn't using. Hosts can verify their identity, and verified hosts are marked. If something isn't right, report a listing or a member straight from the app, or block someone so they can't message you. HAVE SPACE SITTING EMPTY? Plenty of Australian businesses have a spare desk, a quiet room, or a floor that's only busy three days a week. CoHub turns that into income — you set your rates, choose whether to approve each booking, and get paid out automatically after it's confirmed. • Switch to hosting from your profile — your dashboard, listings and messages • List a space straight from your phone — photograph it or film a quick walk-through as you go • Confirm or decline booking requests the moment they come in • See what you've earned, and set up payouts securely through Stripe • Get a notification when someone books or messages you WHY COHUB • Australian, and built for how small businesses actually work • By the hour or the day — pay for what you use • One account for the app and the website • No subscription Questions?
