SRSPro

SRSPro is a care management application for authorised staff of Supported Residential Services and related supported-living organisations. Designed to support day-to-day care, compliance and administration, SRSPro gives authorised users secure access to the information and tools they need while working with residents. SRSPro includes tools for: • Resident information and care records • Progress notes and handovers • Medications and pharmacy records • Appointments and bookings • Incidents and complaints • Support plans and service agreements • Behaviour, bowel, repositioning and wound records • Staff information and staff registers • Rosters and NDIS rosters • Tasks, meetings and messages • Files and organisation documents • Reports, printing and document sharing • Selected offline access and backup functionality • Organisation roles and permissions ACCESS AND SECURITY SRSPro is intended for authorised users of organisations that use the SRSPro service. An active SRSPro account and organisation access are required to sign in. Access to features and information is controlled by organisation permissions and user roles. SRSPro supports secure authentication and protected handling of organisation, resident and staff information. CARE AND OPERATIONAL INFORMATION Authorised users can access and manage resident care information, health-related records, appointments, medications, support plans, incidents and other records relevant to supported residential care. SRSPro also provides administrative tools for staff, rosters, bookings, invoices, meetings, files, reports and other organisation workflows. REPORTS AND DOCUMENTS Generate and review reports throughout SRSPro, with support for printing, sharing and exporting documents where permitted. WORK ACROSS DEVICES SRSPro provides a streamlined interface designed for phones, tablets and supported desktop platforms, helping authorised staff access the information they need across their organisation.
