Heimatplatz

Heimatplatz is your real estate platform for Upper Austria. Find houses, building plots and foreclosure auctions – clear, fast and without detours. DISCOVER PROPERTIES Browse current listings from all over Upper Austria. Filter by property type, time period and location – single municipalities or whole districts. Sort by price, area or recency. Heimatplatz remembers your filters automatically. MAP VIEW Take a look at your search as a map: district stamps show where how many properties are located – tap one to zoom in, districts turn into municipalities and finally into price signs right at the location. Tap one to open the mini note with photo and key facts – and from there the full listing. Search for a place, jump to your location and switch the view: aerial imagery, zoning & cadastre or the price atlas with median prices per m². If no address is published, a place marker stands for the municipality. And under “Location & surroundings” every listing shows the full map – including listings from the surrounding area. SEARCH AREA & TRAVEL TIME You decide on your search area: draw it right onto the map – or let travel time decide: enter a destination, pick the travel time – by car, bike or on foot, up to six hours. Your area is saved and applies to the list, the map and your notifications. FORECLOSURE AUCTIONS If you like, Heimatplatz shows you current auctions from the official Austrian edict database – simply enable them in the filter. Appraised value, minimum bid, date, encumbrances and court information are there at a glance. In the list you can see how many days are left until the auction. PRIVATE OR AGENT Filter specifically for private listings or offers from agents and property managers. Heimatplatz transparently shows you who is behind every listing. FAVORITES & NOTIFICATIONS Save interesting properties as favorites. Enable push notifications for your preferred locations and get informed immediately when new properties go online. LIST YOUR OWN PROPERTY – ALL ON ONE PAGE Want to sell? You design your listing right in the view it will later appear in: photos, key facts, location and price, description. Your draft is saved automatically – continue later any time. For the description, AI can help if you like: type a few keywords or dictate them – you review the text, adjust it and publish. Pick several photos at once, in original quality. You decide for yourself how precisely your property appears on the map: pin-point exact, only roughly within a circle, or not at all – with a live preview. If you like, name a dedicated contact person. Manage your ads in your personal area. DIRECT LINE TO OUR TEAM Questions, ideas or a problem? Reach out to our team from the app – as text, with photos or as a voice message. The reply arrives in the app as soon as it is there. PRIVACY Heimatplatz is built on data minimization.
