GRappO

With this app you always have the Graben pharmacy from the heart of Vienna with you on your smartphone and you can express your product requests, just as if you were visiting the pharmacy.

=> Did you forget to visit the pharmacy? => Do you want to make sure that the desired article is in stock? => Are you simply re-ordering something from your last purchases? => Do you know exactly which product you want? => Do you need security, also when shopping online? This makes GRappO exactly the right app for you!
When you have the desired product or the (empty) packaging at hand, take a photo or use the integrated scanner to read the product code; or else, select it from the item list. Repetition of the wish only needs little effort. Alternatively, describe your article in a text message or send a voice message. All received requests are checked and processed by the pharmacists of the Graben pharmacy during the working hours (Mon - Sat 8:00 am - 6:00 pm): you will immediately receive the solution including the total costs on your smartphone, which you can accept with just one click. Your purchase is almost always ready within 30 minutes and you are welcome to pick up personally your products at the Graben pharmacy or someone else can do it for you.
Austria-wide standard delivery is currently ensured by courier service on the following working day (overnight, without delivery costs). Urgent product requests are delivered by bicycle courier within Vienna in about 2 hours. (only here: delivery costs) Every GRappO purchase can be paid in advance online. The payment options are Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Instant bank transfer, EPS bank transfer and PayPal. In addition, delivery by express courier or through picking up from the Graben pharmacy can be paid cash, or by Maestro or credit card. For standard delivery, prepayment is mandatory.
