FireOPS ist ein Softwaresystem, das Feuerwehren nachhaltig bei der Abwicklung von Einsätzen unterstützt. Die App sorgt dafür, dass Einsatzkräfte zuverlässig auf ihrem Smartphone alarmiert und in weiterer Folge mit allen erforderlichen Details über den Alarm (Art, Adresse, Anrufer, etc.) versorgt werden. Mit nur einem einzigen Klick startet FireOPS zielsicher die Navigation vom aktuellen Standort hin zum Einsatzort. Dort eingetroffen kann das aktuelle Einsatzgeschehen (Einsatzobjekt, beteiligte Feuerwehren und Fahrzeuge) auf einer integrierten Lagekarte in Echtzeit mitverfolgt und mitprotokolliert werden. Eine Auslastungsübersicht im Starklastfall identifiziert darüber hinaus "Hotspots" im Bezirk und ermöglicht so eine effizientere und zielgerichtetere Koordination von Fahrzeugen und Einsatzkräften. Zusammengefasst liefert FireOPS genau die Informationen, die es braucht, um Feuerwehreinsätze jeglicher Art effizienter, schneller und zielsicherer zu bewältigen.
