FairFare Driver

FairFare Driver is the driver side of FairFare, for taxi drivers working for a licensed Norwegian operator. Nobody is dispatched a ride here, and no fare is calculated for you: passengers say what a ride is worth to them, and you decide whether it is worth driving. YOU SET THE RATE Enter your own minimum kroner per kilometre, and how far below it you are still willing to go. The market list only shows rides that clear it. FairFare never sets, suggests or adjusts a price — not yours and not the passenger's. THE MARKET, SORTED THE WAY YOU WORK Every open request shows the distance to the pickup, the length of the trip, and what the passenger is offering, as kroner per kilometre. Sort by what earns most, or by what wastes least driving to get there. Accept with one tap, or turn on auto-accept and let the rides that match your rate come to you. WHILE YOU ARE STILL DRIVING Requests along the route you are already on arrive early, before you reach the drop-off, so a shift can run without an empty return leg. YOUR SHIFT, YOUR CAR Open a shift on the car you are driving today and switch between the vehicles you are registered on. Earnings for the shift are on screen while you drive, and a timer counts down against the driving hours the platform allows before a break is due. NAVIGATION YOU ALREADY USE Send the pickup and the destination to Google Maps, Waze or the built-in map — whichever you set as your default. WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES A driver on FairFare drives for a registered Norwegian licence holder, with a valid kjøreseddel and a løyve on the vehicle. Licence and document status are checked against the public registers and shown in your profile, with the dates they expire. PAID FOR WHAT YOU DROVE The price agreed before the trip is the price paid: Vipps, card or cash, chosen by the passenger. Card and Vipps settle through your fleet's own account, and every ride leaves a line you can read back. INVITE COLLEAGUES Your profile carries a referral code for drivers and passengers you bring to FairFare. FairFare is operated by Komasi AS, Norway.
