ACLSの受験対策として、また日頃の救命救急活動、医療現場で働いている新人の方にお役立てください。地域の救急救命士の方々やAHA協会の方々、インストラクターの方々含め、いろいろな方々の協力もあってACLSはもちろん各種の資格取得対策として、その都度、問題を変えていく予定です。 1年目の現場での新人のナースの方に対しても、お局が怖すぎて質問できなかったり、先輩と意思疎通出来ないで判断できない事も多々あると思います。日々の病棟の忙しい中、この教材で頑張ってください。 ACLSとは、Advanced Cardiovascular Life Supportの略称で二次心肺蘇生法のこと。一般的に二次救命処置とも呼ばれます。一次救命処置が心肺停止または呼吸停止に対する、専門的な器具や薬品などを使う必要がない心肺蘇生ということに対し、二次救命処置（ACLS）は病院等の医療機関において医師や救急救命士が行う高度な心肺蘇生のことです。 ACLSは、救命救急や集中治療、循環器領域に関わる多くの医師、看護師に不可欠な知識と技術です。心室細動、無脈性心室頻拍、心静止、無脈性電気活動（PEA）への薬剤投与を含む対処方法、心停止あるいは心停止前のまだ意識のある段階での徐脈および頻脈患者への対応、急性冠症候群、急性虚血性脳卒中が強く疑われる場合の対応の他、心拍再開後の中枢神経、脳保護を目的とした目標体温管理なども含みます。救命の最後の砦ともいえるもので、様々な認定医制度でも資格要件になっています。
