Weldbook AI

Keep the weld record with the work. Weldbook AI helps welding inspectors and QC teams organize projects, weld records and inspection photos. Enter the details on your phone or tablet while the job is in front of you. RECORD THE WELD Track weld, spool, line and drawing numbers. Record welder IDs, welding processes, WPS and PQR references, materials, heat numbers and inspection stages. KEEP THE EVIDENCE TOGETHER Attach selected photos to a weld record. Record your inspection result and remarks, then find records by weld number, line, welder or other job details. Your project choices become reusable lists. SAVE YOUR WORK AND SHARE A REPORT Keep personal projects on your device. Export and import a working-file backup. Create a watermarked PDF report containing the project's saved weld records and attached photos, then share it through your device's share menu. You make the inspection decision. The app records your work; it does not certify a weld or replace a qualified inspector's judgment. An existing account with access to this tool is required. Internet access is required to sign in, open the app and create PDF output. Working drafts are saved on this device. Export a working-file backup before changing devices, uninstalling the app or clearing app data. Powered by Appalachian Integrity.
