Yu's Sleep - Sleep Log & ASMR

Yu, a little ghost girl, watches over your sleep every night. Just tap "Good night" before bed and "Good morning" when you wake. No tricky setup, no sensors needed. Perfect for you if... - You want a simple way to keep track of your sleep rhythm - You love falling asleep to rain sounds and ASMR - You tend to stay up late and want a healthier bedtime routine - You're a fan of Reika Yu's streams YU'S ROOM IN 3D On the sleep tab, Yu walks around her room in 3D. Tap "Good night" and she turns off the lamp and the room goes dark; tap "Good morning" and she turns it back on and leaves you a word about your night. Drag to turn the view and pinch to zoom (you can switch to the 2D portrait in Settings, and less powerful devices use 2D automatically). EASY SLEEP LOG Record bedtime and wake-up with a single tap, and look back on your sleep hours in charts. Based on roughly 90-minute sleep cycles, the app also suggests good times to wake up. WAKE-UP ALARM Set an alarm just by picking one of the suggested wake times. It's registered in your phone's clock app, so it rings just like any alarm you'd set yourself. NAP MODE A nap timer with 15, 30, 60 and 90-minute presets - for lunch breaks and little rests, too. BEDTIME REMINDER At your chosen time, Yu whispers through a notification that it's bedtime. A gentle nudge for building a sleep routine. BEDTIME SOUNDS & EAR ASMR 37 sounds in all: 14 nature sounds (rain, river, waves, cicadas and more), 10 ear-cleaning sounds, 4 ear-licking sounds, and 9 onomatopoeia tracks where Yu whispers the sound of the tool she is using. Adjust the volume of each category on its own and layer them together as you drift off - you can even start them before you tap "Good night" (7 sounds are free - one or two from each category). A WORD FROM YU IN THE MORNING Tap "Good morning" and Yu leaves you a little comment about your night. CHAT WITH YU The Night It Began, The Veranda at Dusk, Bonfire in the Woods, Riverside Fireflies, Night of the Fireworks. Pick a place and chat one-on-one with Yu. Chat is free to try (with a daily limit, and up to two places unlocked with points); the Support Plan lets you talk much more every day and unlock every place.
