Your stage timer, on the big screen. Yara Timer turns any television into a professional stage display. Pair the screen once with a six-character code, then run everything from a phone, tablet or laptop — the TV never needs the remote again. Built for people running live events Speakers see exactly how long they have. Countdowns turn amber, then red, as time runs out. Send a message straight to the stage — "wrap up", "five minutes", "we've lost audio" — and flash it when it matters. Switch the screen to a wall clock between segments. One operator, every screen Add as many displays as your plan allows and they all stay in sync, to the second. Assign a different event to each screen, or put the same countdown on every wall in the building. Set it up once The pairing survives power cuts and restarts. Mount the screen, walk away, and drive it from the booth for the rest of its life. What you need A free Yara Timer account at yaratimer.com. The free plan includes one paired screen, three events and three timers — enough to run a real service. Paid plans add more screens, unlimited events, branding and scheduling. This app is a display. It shows the timer; it doesn't control it. Create events and drive the show from yaratimer.com on any device.

What's new

Runs from the Yara Timer desktop app, with or without internet. The screen finds the desktop app on your network by itself, pairs with it automatically once it is paired with your account, and keeps that pairing when your Wi-Fi changes. Events checked out to your computer show on the screen from there; check them back in and it returns to the cloud. A new home-screen tile, and a Cloud and Local view behind the OK button.
