VolleyRef: Volleyball Referee

The easiest way to referee a volleyball match. VolleyRef turns your phone into a complete referee scorebook. Tap to score, and the app handles rotations, substitutions, and lineups automatically so you can focus on the match, not the paperwork. Whether you're a parent keeping score at a club tournament, a coach running a scrimmage, or an official working a varsity match, VolleyRef has you covered. SCORE ANY FORMAT Built-in rules for FIVB, USAV/NCAA, NFHS, and beach volleyball. Or create your own custom rules: number of sets, points to win, players on court, and more. From 2v2 beach to full 6v6 indoor, one app does it all. AUTOMATIC ROTATIONS & LINEUPS Enter your roster and VolleyRef tracks who's where. Rotations happen automatically on side-outs. Substitution rules are enforced for you, including libero tracking with up to 2 liberos per team. LIVE SCOREBOARD, TV MODE & STREAMING Share your match with a link or QR code and spectators follow along live on their own phones. Pair with a TV or projector for a full-screen scoreboard, complete with a warmup countdown before each set. Streaming the match? Add the scoreboard overlay link to your broadcast for a clean live score bug. No extra hardware needed. NO WIFI? NO PROBLEM Bad gym WiFi is where VolleyRef shines. Your devices discover each other courtside and pair directly over a secure, encrypted device-to-device connection, so your devices stay in sync with zero internet. Every point is saved on your device the moment you tap it and syncs to the cloud when you're back online. You will never lose the score. FULL REFEREE TOOLKIT - Timeouts and technical timeouts - Yellow and red cards (warnings, penalties, expulsions) - Substitution tracking with eligibility enforcement - Undo/redo on every action - Point-by-point history per set OFFICIAL SCORESHEETS Generate FIVB-style scoresheets automatically, even mid-match for the sets already played. Export as PDF, ready for league submission or your own records. TEAM TEMPLATES Save your rosters and reuse them match after match. Set player numbers, captains, setters, and liberos once, then start a new match in seconds. MATCH SHARING & STATS Share live match links with parents and fans. After the match, review point-by-point breakdowns, player stats, and set summaries, and export highlight cues to line up your match video. FREE TO TRY Your first 3 matches are free.
