UnRot: Scroll Less Live

Stop losing hours to Reels, Shorts, and TikTok. UnRot is a free, open-source app that detects short-form video feeds the moment they open and blocks them based on rules you set — no willpower required. WHY UNROT Short-form video is engineered to be endless. UnRot puts a hard stop in place so scrolling "just for five minutes" doesn't turn into an hour of brain rot. KEY FEATURES ★ Block All — Instantly lock access to every supported short-form feed. ★ Daily Limit — Set how many minutes you're allowed per day. Once you hit it, you're blocked until tomorrow. ★ Interval Timer — Alternate fixed periods of watch time and breaks throughout the day for controlled access. ★ Live Brain Rot Timer — A real-time on-screen overlay tracks your current session so you always know how long you've been scrolling. ★ Pause — Need a quick exception? Pause blocking for 5 minutes, then it resumes automatically. ★ Usage Tracking — See exactly how much time you're spending on each platform, day by day. SUPPORTED APPS - Instagram Reels - YouTube Shorts - TikTok - Facebook Reels - Facebook Lite - Snapchat HOW IT WORKS UnRot uses Android's Accessibility Service only to recognize when a supported app opens a short-form video screen — never to read your messages, photos, or personal content.
