Find your frequency A guided sweep plays one tone at a time across your hearing range, separately for each ear. You listen for the band that sounds quieter than the tones just above and below it: the dip where noise damage usually lives, and usually the same band the tinnitus is sitting on. Save it, and the whole app aims at that one number. 2. Notch + Tinnitus Breaker Notch cuts a narrow gap in the noise exactly where your tinnitus sits, so the rest of the room is full of sound and that band stays empty. Tinnitus Breaker plays soft, overlapping tones that glide through the band just above and below your frequency, each on a fresh path, never landing on your frequency itself, never repeating a pattern. They are independent, so you can run one, the other, or both, and each is one tap once your frequency is saved. 3. Stack a soundscape and sleep Layer brown, white, and pink noise.
