Unmask is an app designed for neurodivergent people, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and giftedness (high intellectual potential), as well as people who are currently going through the diagnostic process. The app brings together tools in one place to help you better understand how you function in everyday life, monitor your well-being, and organize your needs. With Unmask, you can: • track your social battery and how you are feeling; • identify and record ASD and ADHD triggers; • organize tasks, reminders, and important items for your day; • keep a personal journal; • prepare for and keep track of sessions with a professional; • record exercises and topics you want to discuss; • better understand your routines, sleep, sensory overload, and communication; • connect with other users in an environment designed around the needs of neurodivergent people. Unmask aims to reduce mental load by bringing important information together in a simple, customizable, and accessible interface. The app is not a substitute for a healthcare professional and does not provide medical diagnoses. It is designed as a tool for self-understanding, organization, and day-to-day support. Some features may require a user account and permission to send notifications in order to provide useful reminders.
