Trotters: Bookings & Packing

Trotters keeps every booking for a trip in one place, shows you what's still missing, then helps you pack for it. Create a trip with a place and dates, then add a box for each booking: flight, stay, train, car hire, dinner, activity and more. Give each box its date and time, what it cost and a note for the reference or the address. One glance shows what is booked and what isn't yet. HOW IT WORKS - Create a trip with a place and dates - Add a box for each booking, with its time, its price and a note - Trotters adds up the trip's total and flags what isn't covered: a night with nowhere to stay, a way home with no date - Switch to To-do and Pack for the tasks before you leave and a packing list sized to your days and the forecast FEATURES - Boxes for flights, stays, trains, taxis, car hire, ferries, dinners, activities, visas, insurance and parking - Round trips keep the way out and the way back in the same box - A check for what's missing, free on every trip - A packing catalog of 81 items, with optional greener swaps - Pre-trip to-dos on a page of their own: passport, check-in, who feeds the cat - Your trips follow you between the app and trotters.app in the browser TROTTERS PRO - Shared trips, so you plan and pack together. Whoever you invite joins for free - Attachments: boarding passes, tickets and vouchers stay on the booking they belong to - Custom items for any packing list - Custom to-dos, saved for every trip - Copy a trip: its packing list and to-dos come with it, resized to your new dates Subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial.
