Track rest timers, supersets and session duration. Automatic PR detection alerts you every time you break a personal record. 500+ exercises included — or create your own. ────────────────────── 🤖 THORAX AI COACH ────────────────────── Your personal AI coach lives inside Thorax. Generate complete weekly training programs tailored to your goals, experience level, available equipment and training days. Get personalized feedback after every session: what you improved, what to fix, and what to focus on next. Choose your coaching style. Ask your coach anything in natural language: "Which muscle am I neglecting?" or "How has my squat progressed this year?" ────────────────────── 💪 MUSCLE RECOVERY AI ────────────────────── Know exactly when each muscle is ready to train again. Thorax tracks stimulus and fatigue per muscle group and shows you a real-time recovery status: Fresh, Recovering, Fatigued or Exhausted. Never overtrain — and never undertrain — again. ────────────────────── 📋 ROUTINE BUILDER ────────────────────── Build fully custom workout plans or generate them with AI. Schedule by day of the week, configure sets, reps and rest times per exercise, and build supersets. ────────────────────── 📈 BODY PROGRESS ────────────────────── Track 19+ body metrics: weight, body fat, muscle mass, BMI, and full circumference measurements. Upload progress photos in 6 body zones and compare side-by-side across any time period. ────────────────────── 📊 ANALYTICS ────────────────────── Per-exercise progression charts, muscle group volume tracking, 1RM history, training frequency, calorie burn estimates and consistency streaks. See your long-term trends and understand what's driving your results. ────────────────────── 🏆 ACHIEVEMENTS ────────────────────── 40+ achievements across strength milestones, consistency streaks and special challenges.
