You and your tenant settle up however you already do, and the app keeps the ledger both of you can see. Tenantry never holds your money. BUILT AROUND THE PAPERWORK Leases are checked against the security-deposit and late-fee limits of 20 US states, and pre-1978 properties get the federal lead-paint disclosure. Every signature is recorded with a timestamped audit trail and a hash of the exact document that was signed, so what was agreed stays provable. PRICING $10 per month for each occupied property. Vacant properties are free, so a turnover costs you nothing. Tenants never pay. The subscription covers running Tenantry — servers, notifications, email, support. It is not a commission: we take no percentage of your rent. Subscriptions are managed on the web at adakventures.com/tenantry/subscriptions. PRIVACY Face ID or Touch ID can lock the app. In-app messages are not end-to-end encrypted and can be read by Tenantry for safety, dispute resolution and support — the privacy policy says so plainly rather than burying it. The built-in assistant answers from your own records on our servers; it does not send your data to any third-party AI provider. Tenantry is available in the United States.
