TelPOS Bulk SMS helps businesses manage customer communication from one secure mobile workspace. Create and schedule SMS campaigns, organize contacts and contact groups, use reusable message templates, manage approved Sender IDs, and monitor delivery activity from your phone. The app connects directly to TelPOS ERP so customer records and business communication can stay organized across web and mobile. Key capabilities: • Send individual or bulk SMS messages • Build and schedule targeted campaigns • Import phone contacts according to your subscription limit • Organize SMS, phone and ERP contacts • Create reusable SMS and WhatsApp-ready templates • Request and manage approved Sender IDs • View subscription plans, SMS balance and top-up options • Track campaign and delivery activity • Receive secure account and login notifications Messages are processed through configured server-side gateways. TelPOS Bulk SMS does not send campaigns through your personal phone SIM.
