TeamVibe: Junior Soccer Coach

TeamVibe is the match-day app for volunteer junior soccer coaches. It plans the subs, balances play time across the whole season, and helps you recognise more than goals, so you can watch the game and talk to the kids. Most junior coaches are parents who put their hand up. You shouldn't need a stopwatch, a paper rotation and a group chat to make sure every child gets their share of the game. FAIR PLAY TIME, ACROSS THE SEASON • Fair rotations worked out from whoever's available • Balanced by minutes and by position across the whole season, not just match by match • Keeper and captain turns rotate automatically, by fewest turns this season • Add a once-off guest player without touching your roster or stats ON THE SIDELINE • Game Day mode: a full-screen view with the clock and your next subs • Substitution alerts on your phone, even offline • Two coaches can run the same match from two phones • Someone hurt or running late? Re-plan the rest of the match in a tap RECOGNISE MORE THAN GOALS • 12 Hero Moments, like Selfless Pass, Never Give Up and Bounced Back, recorded in a couple of taps • Short match reflections with age-appropriate prompts PARENTS SEE IT TOO • Each family gets their own view of their child: play time, Hero Moments, upcoming matches and availability • Share a match recap by link, no login needed. You choose what it shows and can switch it off TRAINING, READY TO GO • Age-filtered drill library and session builder, using a Play, Learn, Play structure • Generate a session in one tap, run it from your phone, then rate what worked A PROPER END TO THE SEASON • An award and a printable certificate for every child • Roll your squad, formations and history into next season BUILT FOR JUNIOR FOOTBALL Designed for small-sided formats like 4v4, 7v7 and 9v9. Built on Football Australia's MiniRoos development principles: participation over results, never a win-at-all-costs tool. PLANS Starter is free forever for every team, with no card required, for squads of up to 16. Complete is a low-cost upgrade per team. It adds automatic match plans, fixture import, duty rosters, match-day roles, team messaging, Season Wraps, and Sidekick, an AI assistant that answers questions and gets things done in chat. You donated your time. Don't donate your money too. Using an iPhone, tablet or laptop? TeamVibe also runs in any web browser at my.teamvibe.app.
