Full description
TapBreath is a breathing pacer for anxious moments. Tap the circle: quick taps as you breathe in, slow taps as you let it out, and the app leads you into a steady rhythm of five seconds in and five seconds out. Tapping gives your hands something to do while your breath slows down. The circle grows and shrinks with each breath, a light vibration marks each tap, and a gentle cue tells you if you are rushing. WHAT IT DOES - One button. Tap when you are ready, tap along, tap "I am done" when you are. - Paced breathing: four, five, or six seconds in and out. - Vibration with each tap and each change of breath (you can turn it off). - A count of breaths and time, and a quick "how do you feel now" after each session. - Recent sessions kept on your phone. - English, Spanish, German, and Vietnamese. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No login. No tracking. No data collection. Nothing you do here leaves your phone. WORKS ANYWHERE The whole app is on your phone, so it works with no signal at all. IMPORTANT TapBreath is not medical care and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US, 24/7, free) or your local emergency number.
