Tailored Access Lite

Tailored Access Lite lets residents of managed developments open their building's gate from their phone, and gives the management a clear record of who has access. FOR RESIDENTS • Open the gate with one button. • See your own access history at any time. • Works for as many buildings as you are registered at — useful if you live at one and work at another. • Available in 23 languages. • No account to create, no password to remember. Your building's management sends you a single-use invitation code. FOR MANAGING AGENTS AND RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATIONS • A named register of everyone who can open the gate, available on demand. • Access that expires by itself, so the list stays accurate without anyone having to remember. Contractors and short lets can be granted for a set period. • Remove one person's access in a single action, without re-keying anyone else. • A record of every opening, by name and time. • Residents without a smartphone are covered by fobs recorded against the person responsible for them, in the same register. PRIVACY • No advertising, no analytics, no tracking. • Your location is not collected or used. • Resident records are held on equipment at your own building, not pooled into a shared database with other clients. • A key is created inside your phone's secure hardware and never leaves it. THIS APP REQUIRES AN INVITATION Tailored Access Lite only works at buildings where the system has been installed, and where your management has told you to use this version. If your development does not use it, the app will have nothing to connect to. Ask your managing agent whether it is available.
