Every shoe gets a color life ring and the exact distance remaining. How it works • Soledo reads finished runs, outdoor and treadmill, from Health Connect. Samsung Health, Garmin Connect, Strava and other apps can send your workouts there. • When a new run arrives, a "Which shoes did you run in?" notification lets you pick a pair without opening the app. • Change the shoe on a run anytime and the mileage moves with it. Garmin Connect can send runs on Android 14 or later. In Samsung Health, turn on the Health Connect sync once. Strava sends GPS activities only, and older runs may not all come over. Do I need Health Connect? Only for automatic run import. You can add mileage manually. Health Connect is built into Android 14 and later; on older supported versions, Soledo guides you to install it.
