Smarterlift

Smarterlift is the field app for elevator service technicians. It puts the day's work orders, the equipment history and the paperwork in one place, and it keeps working when the signal does not. BUILT FOR MACHINE ROOMS AND BASEMENTS Elevator work happens where cellular coverage does not. Smarterlift is offline-first: your jobs are available without a connection, and a completed job is saved securely on the device and syncs by itself once you are back in range. Nothing is lost because you were in a pit. ON THE JOB • See work orders assigned to you, with the unit, the site and the reported fault • Read the service history for that specific unit before you start • Work through inspection, preventive maintenance, repair or modernization checklists • Scan a part's label with the camera to record it on the job, or pick it from your company's stock • See when a part on order for the job is due to ship • Track time on site, and correct the hours before you file them • Attach job-site photographs from the camera or your photo library • Capture the customer's signature on the device at completion • Report a unit down from the job you are on, and say whether anyone is trapped • Ask the office a question without leaving the job, and keep the answer against the unit • Close out a visit as incomplete, with the reason, when a job genuinely cannot be finished YOUR VAN • Record parts used on a job straight from your van's stock • Count your van by scanning: each label you scan adds one to the count • Your company's part labels are recognised with no signal INTELLIGENT ASSISTANCE Smarterlift reads the unit's own maintenance record and briefs you before you start, so a recurring fault is not a surprise on arrival. Say what you did once, in your own words, and the close out is drafted from it, ready for you to review and edit. FOR THE OFFICE Everything filed from the field lands in the Smarterlift platform immediately: the service record, the photographs, the signed sign-off, the parts and the hours. No evening paperwork, no re-typing a paper ticket, no chasing a technician for what happened on site. AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED Smarterlift is a business tool. This app requires an account provided by the elevator service company you work for.
