Sipani Bliss

Sipani Bliss 2 is the residents' app for the Sipani Bliss 2 apartments in Bangalore, run by the society's Residents' Welfare Association. It is a private app. Accounts are approved by the RWA, and only approved residents can see anything inside it. If you do not live at Sipani Bliss 2, this app will not be useful to you. THE NOTICEBOARD Water cuts, lift servicing, security updates and everything else the RWA needs to tell the society. Notices arrive as a notification, so you find out when it happens rather than when you next open the app. COMPLAINTS THAT DO NOT GET LOST Raise a complaint with the RWA and follow it as it moves from open, to in progress, to resolved. Every update from the office is added to the complaint itself, so the whole history sits in one place instead of scattered across chat messages. TWELVE SECTIONS FOR EVERYTHING ELSE Complaints, Rentals, Sale of Flats, Food, Personal Care, Home Development, Garments, Arts & Crafts, Children, Sports, Knowledge Centre and Open Discussions. Flats to let, tiffin services, tutors, a lost cat, a football game on Sunday — posted where people will look for it, and searchable afterwards. WRITTEN FOR THE RIGHT PEOPLE Every post can be addressed to all residents, to owners only, or to tenants only. A maintenance decision meant for owners does not fill up a tenant's feed, and the other way round. WHAT ELSE IS IN IT • Photos, videos and documents attached to any post • Comments and likes • Push notifications, which you can turn off at any time • A profile with your blood group, an emergency contact, your vehicles and parking slot — every one of them optional • Search across a section, or across the whole society JOINING Sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Tell us your name, your block, your flat, and whether you own or rent. The RWA checks you against the society's records and approves you, usually the same day. There is no password to forget. YOUR PRIVACY There is no advertising in this app, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. Nothing about you is sold or shared for marketing. Your mobile number is never shown to other residents — only the RWA can see it.
