Shepherd OS

ShepherdOS is the operating system for pastors responsible for more people than they can humanly manage. Open the app each morning, see who needs care today, and act in one tap. No one falls through the cracks. Every pastor knows the weight. You met someone on Sunday, and by Wednesday you forgot to follow up. A new member joined with excitement, but six months later they quietly drifted away because no one checked in. A faithful leader is burning out, and you didn’t see the signs because you were busy caring for everyone else. ShepherdOS was built to carry that weight with you. The app shows you who needs your attention today, why they need it, and lets you act instantly. Send a text. Make a call. Resolve a checkpoint. You don’t have to figure out what to do next. The app brings the action to you, pre-loaded and ready. Features: • Action queue that surfaces who needs care today and why • 6 research-backed care modules with tapering follow-up cadences • Automated touchpoints including texts, calls, tasks, and check-ins • Smart scheduling with calendar sync • Unshepherded detection so no one exists without a care plan • Segments for every stage: First-Time Guest, New Member, Active Member, and more • Ministry introductions in one tap • Prayer mode with swipeable prayer cards • Church organization for multi-pastor teams • Push notifications with daily missions and crisis alerts Studies show that following up with a first-time guest within 24 hours leads to an 85% return rate. After 72 hours, it drops to 15%. ShepherdOS acts on this, generating the right touchpoint at the right time. We believe care happens in community, not through the pastor alone. But how the pastor cares shapes how the community cares. When a pastor follows up faithfully and ensures no one is forgotten, it sets the tone for the entire congregation. Built by a pastor who has been responsible for caring for people across multiple contexts, in ministry and beyond. Every feature exists because the founder needed it first. This is not built for pastors. It is built by one. Free plan includes up to 5 people and 1 care module. Premium unlocks unlimited people, all 6 modules, automations, smart scheduling, and church organization. Start with a 3-day free trial. One app. One morning. Every person accounted for.
