Senis is a team management app for organisations that run large field teams in Papua New Guinea. It keeps your team, their messages and their day-to-day tasks in one place, organised along your real reporting line. You need an invite to use it. A team leader registers you and gives you an invite link or code; without one, the app cannot be used. It is not a general social or chat app. What you can do: - My Team (leaders): register new members, see your roster, send announcements, set tasks, and see who is active. - Messages: talk with your team in threads that follow your reporting line - your cell, your branch, your leaders. No public rooms. - Tasks and surveys: see what HQ and your leaders need done, collect survey answers in your community, and submit them from your phone. - Your volunteer ID: your ID card with QR code, your points, and your standing in your ward. - Notifications: optional. Get notified when a new message, task, announcement or survey arrives. Lock-screen notifications never show message text. Built for the field: the app is about 1 MB, light on mobile data, and works on most Android phones. Privacy, in short: the campaign stores your name, mobile number, ward, messages and activity on secure servers in Sydney, Australia, encrypted in transit.
