See Your Circle, Anywhere Seloo shows you where the people who matter are, on one shared map. No feed, no followers, no strangers — just a small, private group you invited yourself. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR LOCATION, AND WE DO NOT KEEP IT This is the part most location apps are vague about, so here it is plainly: • We never sell your data to anyone. Not your location, not your email, not your name. • Your position is not archived. A last-known position is deleted from our servers automatically within 12 hours, and every new update replaces the old one. There is no location history to look back through — not for us, and not for anyone else. • Turn sharing off and your stored position is deleted from our servers immediately. Not hidden — deleted. The others in that Circle simply see "Location off". • Your precise location is shared only with the Circles you have switched sharing on for. Nobody else receives it. WHAT IS A CIRCLE? A Circle is a small group that shares live location with each other. You create one, share a 6-character invite code, and only people with that code can join. Circles are capped at 5 members on purpose: this is built for a household, a hiking group or a night out, not for an audience. You can be in several Circles at once and switch between them on the map. Each Circle is separate — the people in one never see the people in another. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See everyone on a live map — positions update as people move, and each pin shows how recently it was reported • Turn sharing on or off per Circle, at any moment • Add Map Tags — name a meeting point, a parked car, a campsite, and everyone in that Circle sees it • Search for places and drop a pin on the result • Create temporary Circles that expire on a date you choose — useful for a trip or an event, with no cleanup afterwards • Use it in 15 languages PRIVATE BY DESIGN, NOT BY SETTING Seloo is invite-only. There is no way to search for a user, no public profile, no friend suggestions, and no way for a stranger to find you. • No background tracking. Seloo does not request background location permission and does not run once you close it. • No chat, no photos, no voice. There is nothing to moderate because there is nothing to post. • Delete your account from inside the app at any time. Your location data and Circle memberships go immediately. PERMISSIONS • Location — required. Seloo cannot show anyone on a map without it. Location is used only while the app is running, and only shared with the Circles you have switched sharing on for. • A foreground notification appears while sharing is active, so it is always visible when Seloo is using your location. GOOD TO KNOW • Free to use, supported by ads. • Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple.
