Sapide: AI Calorie Photo Log

Sapide is a food journal driven by your camera: AI turns one photo of your plate into an editable estimate of calories, protein, carbs and fat. You review instead of typing. IMPORTANT — Sapide provides estimates, not measurements. Calorie and nutrient values are estimated from a photo and from public nutrition databases, and can differ substantially from the actual content of your food. Sapide is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional or dietary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not use it to manage a medical condition. Open the app. The camera is the first screen — no account, no sign-up, no quiz. 2. Photograph your meal. 3. Check the estimate and correct what needs correcting. 4. Confirm. It is in your journal, in the right meal slot. CORRECTION IS THE POINT • Every detected food carries up to three ranked alternatives — chicken to salmon is one tap, not a search. • One-tap portion scaling: half, x1, x1.5, x2. • Editing never re-runs the analysis; totals recompute instantly, offline. • What you type by hand is never overwritten. HONEST NUMBERS • Totals are labelled as estimates and come with a range, not a single fake-confident figure. • Foods the model inferred rather than saw — the cooking oil, the butter under the eggs — are marked "assumed", and low-confidence items are flagged. YOUR DAY, YOUR HISTORY • Today: consumed, remaining, and three macro bars. Works with no goals set at all. • History: day list, 7- and 30-day chart, daily averages. • Recents and favourites: re-log a meal in one tap, with no photo and no analysis used. • Manual entry, food search and quick calories when you would rather not photograph anything.
