FOCUS ON YOUR TERMS Flow is a focus timer that counts up from zero. Choose a project, start working, and pause or stop when you need to. Completed sessions record your time and earn skill XP. Use it for studying, creative work or your next personal project. CHOOSE WHAT EACH SESSION BUILDS A project can involve several skills. Use its default skill distribution or choose one skill for an individual Flow session. Keep the work together while giving each session credit where it belongs. SEE WHEN YOU SHOWED UP Filter the activity calendar by skill to review the tasks and focus time linked to it. Look at Fitness to see your logged workout activity, then switch to Coding or English. Tap a day to explore its activity. TURN DAILY TASKS INTO QUESTS Organize your to-do list as quests, group tasks by project and set recurring tasks for routines you want to build. Complete quests to earn XP. Add notes, choose a difficulty and break larger tasks into subtasks. FOLLOW YOUR SKILL PROGRESS Choose skills that matter to you, such as Coding, Fitness, English or Art. Each has its own XP, level and progress bar. Open a skill to review its quests and focus contributions. Your levels reflect the effort you log, giving you a record to build on. KNOW WHERE YOUR TIME GOES Review focus activity by day, week or month and compare time spent across projects. See which goals received your attention and decide what to work on next. MAKE IT YOURS Choose an avatar, name your character and organize your own projects and skills. On Android, control an active Flow session from its notification. FREE AND PREMIUM Start with free features and a limited number of Flow sessions. Premium unlocks unlimited Flow and additional features.
