Ice Hockey Storm puts you on the blue line with one job: beat the keeper. Every shot is a real simulation. You swipe from the ice to set the angle and the power, and from that moment the puck is on its own — it slides, it loses speed to ice friction, it rings off the posts and rattles the boards. Nothing is scripted, nothing is guaranteed. The goalie is a real obstacle, not decoration. He has a reaction delay, a top skating speed and a prediction of where your puck will cross the crease. Fire straight down the middle and he eats it. Pick the corner, get the pace right, and you will beat him — but a slap shot that flies wide is a slap shot you wasted. He is also human. Keep missing and the pressure gets to him: he pushes off late, commits to the wrong side, or kicks out a rebound that stays live in the crease. The HUD tells you when he is rattled — but the puck still has to go in. THREE WAYS TO PLAY, ONE PHYSICS ENGINE - Quick Match: three periods, three shots each, and a rival line that answers every attempt you take, so a cold night is a real loss. - Shootout: best of five one-on-ones, sudden death if the series stays level. - Time Attack: sixty seconds, unlimited shots, stamina that drains and recovers. Each mode keeps its own personal best. - Consecutive goals stack a Storm Combo multiplier on your reward. - Slap shot or wrist shot: faster and wilder, or slower and tighter. Your call. PLAYER SHOP Eight pieces of kit, each with its own art and its own effect on the physics: sticks raise raw shot speed, gloves and blade wax tighten the spread, skates and the Frostbite puck cut ice friction, the goalie and leg pads reduce how often the rival line scores. Five upgrade levels each. The numbers on the card are the numbers the simulation actually uses. LEAGUE TABLE Eleven clubs, one season, real standings computed from the matches you played. Win to bank league points, climb past the rivals, unlock the premium kit that is gated behind rank. Finish first and the season resets with a champion bonus — and a tougher goalie waiting for you. TROPHY ROOM Four permanent awards unlocked by wins: Golden Puck for accuracy, Frozen Heart for stamina, Titanium Blade for power, Storm Crown for bigger puck rewards.
