RideFlow: Group Trip Planner

RideFlow is a trip planner for motorbike riders and travel groups. From the first plan to the ride home, everything about the trip lives in one place: stops, members, packing, shared costs and memories. PLAN TOGETHER • Create a trip, split it into days, add stops and see the route on the map • More than 1,700 destinations, food places and photo spots in Vietnam and over 40 countries, with photos and tips • Invite friends with a link or a QR code; trip owner, planner and member roles • Shared notes for the whole group: meeting point, homestay gate code, road warnings PREP AND COSTS • Packing lists with a task for each person, and a nudge for whoever is behind • Log shared expenses, split them per person, see who owes whom and settle up at the end • Scan a QR or pay a shop by bank transfer: RideFlow opens your banking app, then the expense lands in the shared ledger ON THE ROAD • Ride mode: the group sees each other on the map, with an alert when someone falls behind • Quick find for fuel, EV charging, food, hammock cafés, mechanics, ATMs, medical and lodging near you • One tap opens Google Maps directions for two-wheelers • Voice assistant: ask for directions, find fuel, add a stop or log an expense without touching the screen MEMORIES • Share photos and videos in the trip's album • Colour in the provinces you have ridden and replay the journey on a globe • Rate places to help the riders who come after you RideFlow is free, with no limit on trips, in English and Vietnamese. The app never holds or moves your money: payments happen in your own banking app. Privacy policy, terms and account deletion: rideflow.tech Feedback and support: [email protected]
