Recua es la aplicación para conductores de empresas de transporte. Lleva la carta de porte electrónica (e-CMR) y todo el papeleo del viaje al móvil, sin imprimir nada. La cuenta del conductor la crea su empresa desde el panel de administración. En la app se entra con un código de conductor y un PIN; no hace falta correo ni registro. QUÉ PUEDES HACER - Ver los portes asignados del día, con origen, destino, mercancía y cliente. - Firmar el e-CMR en pantalla: cargador, conductor y destinatario. - Adjuntar fotos de carga, entrega e incidencias. - Registrar reservas y observaciones (artículo 8 del Convenio CMR). - Generar y consultar el documento e-CMR en PDF, también sin cobertura. - Navegación con ruta para camión que tiene en cuenta las dimensiones del vehículo. - Registrar gastos del viaje fotografiando el ticket. PENSADA PARA LA CABINA - Botones grandes y flujo claro para usar con una mano. - Funciona sin conexión: las firmas y fotos se suben cuando vuelve la red. - Texto en español y soporte de lector de pantalla. UBICACIÓN GPS Mientras tienes un porte activo, la app envía tu posición a la oficina aproximadamente cada minuto para que tu empresa sepa dónde está la mercancía y pueda atender a los clientes. El seguimiento se detiene cuando termina el porte. Antes del primer registro verás un aviso que explica qué se guarda y durante cuánto tiempo, conforme al Reglamento General de Protección de Datos y al artículo 20.3 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores. Las trazas se conservan 90 días. LEGAL Recua está alineada con el Convenio CMR, el Reglamento (UE) 2020/1056 sobre información electrónica de transporte de mercancías y la normativa española del sector (ROTT). El documento e-CMR generado sirve como prueba del transporte. PRIVACIDAD Y BORRADO Puedes borrar tu cuenta desde la propia app (Mi cuenta) o desde recua.app/borrar-cuenta. Tu PIN, teléfono y datos de contacto se eliminan; tu nombre permanece asociado a los portes que firmaste por el plazo legal de conservación del transporte. Más información en https://recua.app
