R3-Hub convierte tu tablet o tu móvil en el centro de medición de tu sala. Conecta por Bluetooth la plataforma de contacto, el encoder lineal y la galga de fuerza, y registra lo que hace cada atleta sin apuntar nada a mano. QUÉ PUEDES MEDIR • Saltos: altura, tiempo de contacto, tiempo de vuelo, RSI y DRI, con la plataforma de contacto. Squat Jump, CMJ, CMJ con brazos, Drop Jump y Pogo. • Velocidad de desplazamiento de cargas (VBT) con el encoder lineal: velocidad media, velocidad media propulsiva, potencia, ROM y pérdida de velocidad. • Fuerza isométrica con la galga: pico de fuerza, duración, impulso y estabilidad, muestreando a 1000 Hz. CÓMO SE TRABAJA CON ELLA • Home por dispositivo: eliges ejercicio y carga, y las repeticiones entran solas según el atleta salta o mueve la carga. • Series y descansos automáticos, con el tiempo entre repeticiones medido. • Umbrales de trabajo que configuras tú: si una repetición baja del corte que has puesto para la sesión, la app avisa en el momento. • Cambio rápido entre atletas desde la cabecera, pensado para grupos que rotan. • Tests con protocolo guiado, incluidos tests personalizados que creas tú y que viajan a los demás dispositivos de tu cuenta. • Perfiles fuerza-velocidad y carga-velocidad, con su evolución en el tiempo. TUS DATOS • Todo se guarda en tu cuenta y se sincroniza entre los dispositivos del centro. Si te quedas sin cobertura, la app sigue registrando y sube el trabajo cuando vuelve la conexión. • Exporta a CSV o a un informe en PDF, una página por atleta. • Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y sus datos desde la propia app o desde r3-hub.app/delete-account. QUÉ NECESITAS R3-Hub es la aplicación de unos dispositivos de medición concretos y necesita al menos uno de ellos por Bluetooth para registrar datos. Sin dispositivo puedes consultar el histórico y gestionar atletas, pero no medir. AVISO R3-Hub no es un producto sanitario y no diagnostica, trata, cura ni previene ninguna condición médica.
