Priority Pets – Pet Boarding

Priority Pets provides professional in-home pet boarding and pet sitting services for cats and small pets in Ottawa and Toronto. Our app offers a convenient way for pet owners to learn about our services, contact us, and stay connected while planning care for their pets. We specialize in cat boarding and small pet care, including rabbits, birds, and other small animals. Our in-home pet boarding services offer a low-stress alternative to traditional kennel-based boarding, with care provided in a calm, familiar home environment for overnight and multi-day stays. Flexible Social & Private Care Options Cats in our care have the opportunity to explore our household environment and, when appropriate, interact and play with compatible resident cats. For cats that are more social, this enrichment can provide mental stimulation and companionship in a home setting. For cats that prefer limited interaction or are not as social, we also offer private, dedicated rooms within our homes where they can relax comfortably in their own space. This flexible approach allows us to tailor each stay to the individual temperament, comfort level, and needs of every cat. Our approach focuses on personalized pet boarding, safety, and clear communication. We work closely with pet owners to ensure expectations are understood and pets receive responsible, attentive care throughout their stay.
